Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Site you represent that you are a qualified researcher, or that you are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business, and that you are authorized to do so.

All products sold on the Site are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.

Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and must not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, or any in-vivo purpose. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

By purchasing, you certify that you will handle and use the products only in a controlled research setting, by or under the supervision of appropriately qualified personnel, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements. You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products, and for any consequences of misuse. We work to describe our products accurately, including purity and certificate of analysis information. Even so, product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability may change without notice, and we do not warrant that any description is complete, current, or error-free. Products are offered subject to availability and may be discontinued or restocked at any time.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Payment is due in full at the time of order, except where a manual payment method is offered and the order is held until payment is received. Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store complete card numbers.

We make every effort to keep pricing accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and refund any amount charged.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason — including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or product errors, quantity limits, stock availability, or where we believe an order may be intended for a use prohibited by these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address; we are not responsible for orders lost as a result of an address error.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because these are research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive items may not be returnable.

Promotional codes and offers are valid only for the period and on the terms stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited in quantity, per customer, or by product. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined. We may modify, suspend, or end any promotion, and may void discounts or orders obtained through error, abuse, or misrepresentation.

If you join a paid PuraSynth+ membership, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the applicable fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees, billing intervals, and benefits are described on the Membership page.

• You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing.
• Cancelling does not retroactively refund a period you have already paid for — your benefits run to the end of that paid period.
• Membership benefits apply to the signed-in account that holds the membership and are not transferable.
• We may change membership pricing or benefits on notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Points earned through our rewards program have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Points may be limited in how much can be applied to a given order, and may be adjusted or reversed if the order that earned them is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at support@purasynth.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. Text-message marketing is separate and entirely optional — see our SMS Terms & Conditions. Providing a phone number for an order does not enroll you in text marketing. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your orders and account. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use any product for human or veterinary consumption, or resell or supply it for such use.
• Misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or intended use of the products.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another user's account.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site except as permitted by law.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable export, import, or trade control law.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, product photography, logos, and the PuraSynth Labs name — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party sites and services, including payment processors and shipping carriers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

Except where prohibited by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we make no warranty as to results obtained from any research use of our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuraSynth Labs and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product — including any use of a product in violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuraSynth Labs and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or any product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party — including any claim arising from use of a product outside of laboratory research.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here limits any right you may have to bring a claim in a small claims court.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and apply to orders placed after they are posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
