1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Purasynth are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. By purchasing from Purasynth, you confirm and agree that:

• You are purchasing products solely for legitimate research purposes.

• Products will not be used for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any clinical purposes.

• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or authorized business entity.

• You assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products purchased.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on purasynth.com, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of research compounds.

• Purasynth reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we suspect products will be misused for human consumption or unauthorized purposes.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected orders.
• Product availability is subject to change. We are not liable for products that become unavailable after an order is placed.

4. Orders & Payment

All payment transactions are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment partner. Your bank statement will reflect the charge as PURASYNTH.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 0–2 business days.

• Shipping Methods: Standard Ground (2–7 business days) and Express (2 business days).

• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $250.

• Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical professional or residential address is required for all orders to ensure secure delivery.

• Liability: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Purasynth is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement. For complete details, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Products sold by Purasynth are research compounds and are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on our website have not been evaluated by the FDA.
