Eligible Return & Refund Scenarios

We accept return and refund requests under the following circumstances:

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photographs of the damage to the product and packaging
Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, does not match its COA specifications, or is different from what you ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label (if needed) and send a replacement or full refund.

  • Describe the defect or discrepancy in detail
Purity Concerns

If you have concerns about the purity or quality of a product, contact us with your order details. We take purity claims seriously and will investigate promptly. Verified purity issues receive a 100% refund.

Shipment Protection

All orders include shipment protection at no extra cost:

  • Lost Packages — if tracking shows your package is lost or undelivered after 14 business days, we will reship your order at no cost
  • Stolen Packages — if your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship or refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, the following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Broken or Tampered Security Seals — Any product where the original manufacturer's security seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.
  • Reconstituted or Mixed Compounds — Any product that has been mixed with bacteriostatic water, solvents, or buffers.
  • Partially Used Products — Any vial or container that has been accessed or used for research purposes.
  • Improperly Stored Products — Items exposed to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or temperature-sensitive compounds not refrigerated as directed upon delivery.
  • Late Claims — Return requests or defect reports submitted after the applicable timeframe (e.g., 48 hours for damage, 30 days for unopened returns).
  • Custom or Special-Order Formulations — Products specifically manufactured or sourced per buyer request.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at support@purasynth.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photographs if applicable (damaged packaging, product condition)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
  4. Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed per the timeframes above

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to the return policy outlined above.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the integrity of our research materials, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the security seal intact.

  • The product has been stored according to the guidelines provided on our Research Use page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and contamination prevention, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products with broken or tampered security seals.

  • Compounds that have been reconstituted or mixed with any bacteriostatic water or buffers.

  • Products that have been stored improperly (exposed to extreme heat or direct sunlight).

  • Return requests submitted after the applicable timeframe.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was shipped:

  • Please contact us at support@purasynth.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect labels.

  • We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost.

4. Purity & Quality Concerns

We take the purity of our compounds seriously. If you have concerns regarding product quality:

  • Purity claims must be substantiated by independent third-party laboratory analysis (HPLC/MS).

  • Verified purity issues (not matching COA specifications) are eligible for a 100% refund or immediate replacement.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped.

  • Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

At Purasynth, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We kindly ask that you contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all valid concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally to avoid unnecessary disputes.
