Order Finality & Our Policy on Returns

Once an order is submitted, it enters our fulfillment process immediately and cannot be changed or withdrawn. Given the nature of our products and the regulations governing them, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in cases of:

  • A change of mind
  • An ordering mistake
  • A package refused at delivery

If a delivered or stolen package results in a chargeback, we will contest it with the relevant documentation on file.

In the rare event that we make a fulfillment error or your order arrives damaged, we will evaluate reshipment requests provided the documentation requirements above are satisfied.

  3. Attach a photo if relevant (damaged packaging, wrong product)
  4. We will respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution

Exclusions

  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
  • Opened or partially used products (unless defective or a purity concern)
  • Products stored improperly by the customer
  • Custom or special-request orders
