Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day typically ship same day or next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. For international inquiries, please contact support@purasynth.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Packaging & Handling

We take product integrity seriously. Every order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

  • Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with insulated liners and cold packs when necessary
  • Vials and fragile products are individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent breakage
  • Discreet packaging is used on all shipments - no product details are visible on the exterior
  • Sealed containers ensure product purity is maintained from our facility to your door

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
  2. Click the tracking link in your email or enter the number on the carrier's website
  3. Track your package in real time until it arrives at your door

If you did not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@purasynth.com.

Shipment Protection

All orders include shipment protection at no extra cost. If something goes wrong during transit, we have you covered:

  • Lost in transit — if tracking shows no delivery after 14 business days, we reship your full order at no charge
  • Damaged on arrival — send us a photo of the damage within 7 days and we will reship or refund immediately
  • Marked delivered but not received — contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  • Significant delay — if your package shows no movement for 7+ business days, we will open a carrier investigation and keep you updated

Carrier Information

We ship through major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order is based on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Purasynth is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier volume, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
