1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 21 years of age and purchasing on behalf of a business or institution. You agree that you will not use our products for personal, diagnostic, or human or animal consumption purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate these terms.

3. Legal Notice and Intended Use

All products sold on this site are strictly for laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and must not be used as cosmetics, food additives, household chemicals, or any other inappropriate application. All compounds are purity verified, independently tested, and have a certificate of analysis available upon request.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and Klarna. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations. Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified.

5. Delivery, Shipping Responsibility, and Insurance

Delivery is fulfilled by UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is handed off to the carrier and marked as accepted, shipment completion and delivery are the carrier’s responsibility. All parcels are insured either through Route Package Protection (if purchased) or through the carrier’s included or purchased insurance coverage. If a shipment is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend that the receiving party file the claim directly with Route or the carrier, as the recipient is responsible for receiving the goods.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

7. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including potential misuse, regulatory concerns, or supply limitations.

8. Intellectual Property
